Vineland, NJ – The Rotary Club of Vineland continues to add active and civically engaged new members to its rolls. At its September 13 membership luncheon, held at the Ramada of Vineland, two new members were installed. With more than 80 members, the Vineland Club is the second largest in Rotary District 7640, which encompasses southern New Jersey.

Rotarian Ed Duffy introduced the club’s newest members at the start of the induction ceremony. They are: Branko Najdanovic, sponsored by Jay Einstein, and Caitlyn Terry, sponsored by Linda Foster.

Najdanovic is with Sir Speedy in Vineland in sales, marketing, and signage. Terry serves in remote impoverished villages worldwide to help people gain access to safe drinking water and sanitation.

The ceremony was officiated by Susanna Philippoussis, the club president, who noted that Rotarians provide humanitarian service, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations, and help build goodwill and peace in the world. As signified by the motto “Service Above Self,” Rotary’s main objective is service in both the workplace and the community.

“The Rotary Club of Vineland has been successful for it’s 96-year history due to the dedication and vision of its members. We welcome Branko Najdanovic and Caitlyn Terry as our newest ones and look forward to continuing great things to help our community here and around the world,“ said Philippoussis.

Rotary is an international organization of more than 1.2 million business, professional, and community leaders. There are 33,000 Rotary clubs in more than 200 countries and geographical areas. Clubs are nonpolitical, nonreligious, and open to all cultures, races, and creeds.
